What I did:

  1. Precooked and used drippings and an extra 1L of broth for liquid. 
  2. Processed according to instructions

Notes on this batch:

  • Started with 2 pkgs (approx 1.5kg each) but bone in so total of 2.4kg not counting bones
  • All skinless breast so low fat drippings.
  • All sealed
