Banana Bread

What I did:

1. Followed directions leaving out the walnuts and swapping in stick margarine for butter

Notes on this batch:

• These were a LOT more work than usual banana bread and the recipe uses 5 bananas instead of 2.
• They were VERY good. Very banana.
• Baked 30 min only because of the mini loaf pans.
